This year I'm running the Great North Run, I'm hoping to raise as much money as I can to help to support education for young children in the township of Mamelodi in South Africa.

While I sadly missed the World Cup, I visited South Africa this year and as a father of four kids myself I was amazed by poor standard living conditions for many of the children who live in the shacks and makeshift buildings that make up this unofficial settlement just outside the capital of Pretoria.
